April 17-18 – USSSA Early Bird: 5-game guarantee; Men’s C, D, & E; Women & Co-Ed upper/lower.  Entry fee: $225. 

May 8-9 – ASA Scheels-Mizuno Spring Time Bash: 3-game guarantee; Men’s C, D, E, & F; Women & Co-Ed.  Entry fee: $200. 

May 22-23 – USSSA Buffalo Wild Wings E NIT: Double Elimination; Men’s E;.  Entry fee: $250 

May 22-23 - USSSA Buffalo Wild Wings D NIT: Double Elimination; Men’s D,  Entry fee: $250 

May 22-23 – USSSA Swing Fest: 3-game guarantee; Women & Co-Ed upper/lower.  Entry Fee: $200. 

June 5-6 – ASA Scheels State Qualifier: 3-game guarantee; Men’s C, D, E, & F; Women & Co-Ed.  Entry fee: $225.  Winners receive an automatic berth into the ASA NATIONAL tournament, North Star Series, AND paid entry into the ASA State Tournament.  

June 12-13 – USSSA Co-Ed State: 3-game guarantee; Co-Ed upper and lower. Entry Fee: $200 

June 12-13 – USSSA Fun n’ Sun: 3-game guarantee; Men’s C, D, & E and Women.  Entry Fee: $200. 

July 17-18 --   MOS/Scheels/DJ’s Dugout Men’s City Tournament: 3-game guarantee.  Open only to teams involved in the MOS league program.  Entry Fee: $175. 

July 17-18 – USSSA Summer Blast: 3-game guarantee; Men’s C/D, Women, & Co-Ed upper/lower.  Entry Fee: $200. 

July 24-25 – USSSA State: Double Elimination; Men’s C & D and Women. Entry Fee: $200. 

July 24-25 – USSSA Co-Ed & Men’s E Summer Dayz: 3 game guarantee. Entry Fee $200 

July 31-Aug. 1 – MOS/Scheels/ DJ’s Dugout Co-Ed City Tournament.  3-game guarantee.  Open only to teams involved in the MOS league program.  Entry Fee: $175.

Aug. 21-22 – MOS/Scheels “Unlimited Arc” tournament.  3-game guarantee.  Men’s D-E and Co-Ed upper/lower.  Entry Fee: $200. 

Aug. 28-29 – MOS/Heart Consultants PC “Saving Hearts on the Diamond” Co-Ed tournament.  Seymour Smith Complex.  Benefit for the American Heart Association.  3-game guarantee.  $175.  Corporate, Class D upper and iower divisions.   

Sept. 18-19 – MOS Scheels Fall Classic: 3 game guarantee; Men’s Upper/Lower; Women & Co-Ed; $200.

“Knock The Rust Off” in a climate controlled setting
Play a “real” game on UBA’s state-of-the-art 150-foot Field Turf field

THE BASICS
Three different leagues: Games will either be 8:30, 9:30, 10:30 p.m. or 9, 10, 11 p.m. based on the availability of UBA on a given night.

Tuesday – Men’s Lower Division
Wednesday – Coed Class D
Thursday – Men’s Upper Division

· League play will begin the week of March 9 and finish April15
· Limited to six teams per league; five-game regular season; week six is position round
· “Incrediball” will be used for safety purposes
· 55 minute time limit or seven innings, whichever occurs first; home team finishes last at bat
· Championship team will receive a Plaque
· Finnegan’s will provide three free pitchers when a minimum of six players stop by in uniform.
· DON’T HIBERNATE – PARTICIPATE!!

A NEW volleyball skill development program every Sunday, November 22, 2009, from 4-6 pm at the brand new Kroc Center 2825 "Y" Street, Omaha, NE (located west of 27th and Y St in South Omaha). The program will feature a half hour clinic followed by “free play” on teams designed to have approximately equal talent levels. Admission is free to Kroc members and $5 for non-members. Both “open” and “youth” programs will be offered (that will be held separately) (youth: females aged 18 and under; males aged 14 and under).

Softball, Baseball, catchers mitts and 1st baseman mitts are fixed at a reasonable price. Will restring, fix rips, will make a new glove out of your old glove.

Also will fix Volleyball nets. Will sew on new straps, fix ripped nets, and anything else that he can sew up.

Detoxifying Seven Day Diet Plan

The new year brings new challenges and changes for you and your health. To start your year off right; try a detoxifying seven day diet plan. Many of you have asked for information on the detox plan and what I recommend for my healthy and physically active clients.

My seven day detox plan is a weight loss plan aimed at shrinking body fat, exposing muscle definition, and reducing toxic poisons in the body while nourishing the body with essential vitamins and nutrients. Some programs require patients to consume there brand of specific vitamins, supplements, and food products on a daily bases in lieu of the food you currently have available. Some programs even want you to reduce your physical activity and refrain from OTC drugs, cigarettes, and alcohol. If you hope to reduce the amount of toxins and chemicals in your body, consider a seven day detox plan that allows for the use of OTC’s drugs, cigarettes, and alcohol, however please try to reduce your consumption of these three harmful things. Reduction of these are very helpful and recommended by me.
